Elizabeth Boudreau is the CEO of Wrapt Health and a seasoned healthcare executive, strategist, and innovator with deep expertise at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and business transformation. She spent eight years at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she led programs as National Health & Human Services Leader, International Head of Healthcare Providers, US Healthcare Sales and Business Development, and Healthcare Workforce Development Lead, as well as played a pivotal role in launching Amazon’s first direct-to-consumer COVID-19 diagnostic offering.

Prior to Amazon, Elizabeth held key roles at Claritas Genomics, Boston Children’s Hospital, HCA, and Meditech, gaining hands-on experience across clinical operations, healthcare technology, and enterprise strategy. Throughout her career, she has partnered with healthcare leaders globally to drive digital transformation, operational efficiency, and patient-centered solutions.

Justin Stanley is the CTO of Wrapt Health and a seasoned technical architect, strategist, and innovator with decades of expertise at the intersection of compliance, technology, and business transformation. He spent the most recent decade at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he ended his tenure as a principal architect for US Healthcare Providers after playing key roles across technical leadership for organizations spanning silicon valley, public sector, and research. 

Prior to Amazon, Justin held engineering roles across migration, enterprise adoption, and development of SaaS platforms. He specialized in sociotechnincal analysis of innovation* during his time at Carnegie Mellon University. He lives with his family in the PNW.
